About us


Behavioral Teaching Solutions (BTS) was founded by a passionate and dynamic team of special educators, therapists, program analysts, and volunteers who share a unified goal and beliefs towards a  noble objective: to impart their expertise and to disseminate Behavior Analysis in a very effective manner. 

By implementing evidence-based programs, the team acquired from more than 14 years of related work experience provides professional-quality training for families and individuals with special needs and anyone who wants to learn the science.  

The team focuses on collaborative consultation, working towards the client’s independence while giving all practitioners cultural and ethical guidance.

To promote clients’ dignity and independence across settings. 

To provide easy access to Behavior Analysis, locally and internationally.  

To allow further dissemination of science in the regular educational system.  

To provide affordable training and other courses that meet international standards. 

To encourage the ethical practice by implementing evidence-based programs across settings. 

To improve and strengthen the existing practices locally by providing international support. 

To advocate for behavior analysis by working collaboratively with other disciplines in education, mental health, business, and industry, and research.  

To focus on the sustainability of standardized program implementation based on behavior analysis.

To help protect stakeholders of behavior analysis services locally and internationally by systematically establishing, promoting, and disseminating professional standards.  

To provide continuing education units allowing constant improvement and professional growth to all practitioners.  

Mission 

Ensure all stakeholders of a sustainable implementation by providing more affordable evidence-based programs and extensive training with positive coaching utilizing behavioral science. By doing this, there will be an increase of qualified practitioners, and everyone who wants to become competent implementers shall effectively facilitate the learning of all individuals from diverse ethnic,  linguistic, and ability groups.

Quality and Effectiveness:  

BTS training components are developed and designed based on the BACB 5th edition task list and other evidence-based research. The intensive training is delivered through a series of interactive online sessions with active participant responses and real-life application as practitioners. Immediate feedback will be provided to all participants using the “teach - model - lead - test” approach.  

Trainers, facilitators, and assessors have expertise in skill assessment, handling severe problem behaviors, and professional crisis management for more than 14 years.  

Advisors are experimental psychologists, board-certified behavior analysts, and design researchers who have outstanding contributions in the field of behavior analysis and other disciplines.
